Resilience Training

Working in exclusive partnership with Chris Paterson (who is an accredited by the Association of Coaching) we have delivered resilience training to candidates that we have placed. Chris works with individuals and teams to promote growth through personal learning. His work is not just thought-provoking, it’s action-provoking as a means to deliver lasting sustainable change and improved business performance.

Chris has the unique profile of having been a senior finance professional (having become a FD at GSK) and also being an accredited executive coach. This makes him really well placed to understand your context and to be able to support & challenge you to achieve your goals & aspirations.

Onboarding & Induction Coaching

When a leader is hired, it is often assumed that he/she will succeed without any formal onboarding & inductions. Once we have hired a successful candidate for our clients, we offer a 90 day plan to work independently with Chris Paterson to agree objectives, give transparent feedback and provide two-way coaching to enable the candidate to be as successful in their new role as possible.

Candidate Profiling

Your consultant will work with you to objectively establish the skills needed for this role (through insight, data & research). You will receive a complete role specification profile showing the skills and traits of the ideal candidate (using external benchmarking).  This will also show the environment in which they will be most productive. Candidates will then be matched to the role and prior to interview, you will receive a one page report or video for each candidate who has been selected for interview. This will highlight the key strengths of each candidate in relation to the role profile. This report will also indicate skills or working styles that the employer may want to explore further at interview.
