Scope: In June 2011, Vikki was engaged to search for a Group Financial Controller.

Solution: Very quickly, Vikki placed the successful candidate who has since been promoted and is today (in 2020) the Finance Director nearly 10 years on.

Results: Since then Vikki and the team have hired the majority of a growing finance function based in Gatwick and London. Roles that have been recruited range from Junior Finance Staff to a very recent Financial Controller recruit in October 2020.
